Dear CrossWay Campers!!
The dates and site have been selected for the 2026 CrossWay Camping Weekend. We are returning to Illinois Beach State Park on the weekend of June 12-13.
All of Illinois Beach campsites are reservable and have electricity and water is available throughout the park.
Here are a few tips for staying at Illinois Beach State Park.
- The checkout time is 3:00pm, so you should have plenty of time to go to either church service on Sunday and still get back in time to check-out from the park. The churches annual members meeting is between the services on Sunday so please attend, again you will have time to return and check out by 3pm on Sunday.
- There is a kids play area near site 301.
- There is a Piggly Wiggly on Sheridan Road near the entrance to the park for groceries. They also carry campfire wood. The wood sold in the park is fairly expensive.
- There is a picnic area between the new camp store and the beach parking lot. Depending on how many people we have, we may need to have our picnic here.
- Any visitors that you may have can go to the beach parking lot and walk into your site easily. Parking inside the camping area is very limited and controlled by the park.
- Our agenda is relaxed fellowship! More information will be updated as we firm everything up.
